John Lewis Hawley Jr., 65, of Amarillo died Wednesday, July 7, 2021. No services are scheduled. Arrangements and cremation are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage. John was born in Albany Ga. April 18, 1956, to Beverly and John Lewis Hawley Sr. John was an avid reader and enjoyed movies and video games, he loved online fantasy games such as World of Warcraft. He was very close to his family. He loved his dog, Kuro, and his cat, Shiro dearly. John was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Carol Ann Hawley, Three brothers; Hugh Obrien Hawley, Ronnie Millsap, and Jimmy Frank Millsap. He is survived by his daughter, Keresa Croft and her husband Andrew, his son, John-Michael Hawley and his wife Marcia, three grandchildren; Korigan Croft, and Driian and Haven Hawley, one sister, Lelani Hawley-Apodaca, three brothers; Bart E. Hawley, Ricky Millsap, and David M. Hawley, and a host of cousins who loved him greatly. Direct Cremation Friday, July 09, 2021
