Johnny Dale Phillips

Johnny D. Phillips 63, of Clovis, NM, died Friday, October 9, 2009 at the Thomas E. Creek Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Amarillo. Graveside services will be at 10:00 Thursday at Santa Fe National Cemetery in Santa Fe, NM. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 S. Osage Street Amarillo, Texas. Mr. Phillips was born in Ballinger, TX on November 10, 1946 to Clifford and Evelyn (Harding) Phillips. He enlisted in the Army on June 8, 1964 and was honorably discharged on July 22, 1965. He is survived by his wife, Jeanette (Tackett) Phillips of Clovis.
