A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm Monday, May 10 in the Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel with Monsignor Harold Waldow officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Jose was born April 15, 1950 in Juarez, Mexico. He is survived his wife, Julia Minjares; a daughter, America Minjares both of Amarillo; and 4 grandchildren.
