She is survived by her devoted children, Gloria Longbine and her husband Bobby, Stella Evers and Ruben Lovato, Seven Grandchildren, Seventeen Great Grandchildren and Three Great Great Grandchildren, her caring siblings, Freda Allison, Clara Thomas, and Benny Montano with his wife Sherrie. Janie was preceded in death by her cherished parents, Juan and Elvira Montano.
Those who knew Janie will remember her as a woman who never left the house without her hair perfectly done and her makeup impeccably applied. Her sense of humor was as consistent as her beauty routine, always ready with a quip or a smile to lighten the moment.
