Judy Fulkerson Moenter, 64, of Amarillo passed away on Sunday May 3, 2015 in Amarillo. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am in Rector Funeral Home with Father Laurence Chaplain of BSA Hospital Officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. Rosary will be said on Friday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM in Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel 2800 S. Osage St. Judy was born on August 4, 1950 in Hereford, to Chester and Betty Fulkerson. She graduated from Palo Duro High School in 1969. She married the love of her life Terry Moenter in 1993. Judy authored the book "Thriving with Arthritis" and was an instrumental leader of Amarillos Arthritis and Fibromyalgia Support Group. She enjoyed working in Retail Management at Fox Photo, Casual Corner, and Dillards for a combined 21 years. She is preceded in death by: her parents, Chester Fulkerson and Betty Dailey, and a brother Terry Perkins. She is survived by: her husband and caregiver; Terry Moenter, a daughter; Misty Hubbard Gutierrez and her husband Kenny, a son; Craig Hubbard and his wife Carrie, three step daughters; Cindy Wilson and her husband Jason, Lisa Menefee and her husband Wes, and Suzy Simpson and her husband Cameron, a step mother; Twyla Fulkerson. two brothers; Troy Fulkerson and his wife Judy, and Larry Perkins and his wife Pam, four sisters; Kathy Plautz and her husband Jeff, Debbie Anderson, Kelly Perkins, and Melanie Bohn and her husband Troy;13 grandchildren, and many nieces , nephews and cousins.
