Junett S. Myers

Junett S. Myers 98, formerly of Dumas, died Friday, June 11, 2021 in Amarillo. Graveside services will be at 2pm Monday at Dumas Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Mrs. Myers was born on April 7, 1923 in Hartley to Robert E. and Pearl Sims. She lived in the Dumas area most of her life. She married JD Myers on September 10, 1940. Junett was a loving mother, wife grandmother and sister. She attended the Bethel Assembly of God and First Assembly of God in Dumas. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, JD, her son Billy Don and two brothers, Bill and Everett Sims. She is survived by two sons, Jim Myers and his wife Rebecca of Amarillo and Joe Myers and his wife Sue of Lubbock; one sister Josie Caylor of Raton, NM; four grandchildren, Michele, Michael, Cortney and Phyllis and eight great grandchildren.
