Obituary Kathryn Elizabeth ""Katie"" Davis Kathryn Elizabeth ""Katie"" Davis , 21, of Lubbock, formerly of Amarillo, died Sunday, July 31, 2011, in Lubbock. Services will be at 1:00 PM Friday at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage Street, Amarillo, followed by burial at Llano Cemetery. Katie was born March 6, 1990 in Amarillo, to J. Mark Davis and Michelle Gardumal Davis. Katie was a 2007 graduate of Randall High School where she participated in Band, Computer Club, Rotary Club, All-Region Band, WTAMU Band Camp, Colorguard Groupie, Swing Dance Club, and Relay for Life. Following graduation she attended Texas Tech University and was due to graduate this year. In addition to being an outstanding student Katie was a talented photographer and shared wonderful photographs with her many friends and family. In addition to giving life to her daughter, Grace, Katie was an organ donor and gave the gift of life, health, and sight to others through her generous act. Katie is survived by her parents, her daughter Grace, sister April Hayes of Portland, Oregon, her Uncle Matthew Davis of Amarillo, Uncle Mike and Aunt Ellie Davis of Sandy Point, Maine, Aunt Dianne Davis Byrne of Roanoke, Virginia, and Grandmother Mary Elizabeth Davis of Salem, Virginia, and many cousins and dear friends.
