Kenneth Ray Carnahan

Kenneth Ray Carnahan, 62 of Amarillo died Wednesday September 20, 2006 at Amarillo. Services will be at 11:00 AM Friday at Rector Funeral Home Coulter Chapel with Bob Thomas, chaplain of Odyssey Healthcare officiating. Interment will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Coulter Chapel 8310 S. Coulter Amarillo, Texas. Mr. Carnahan was born in Mariemont, OH. He moved to Amarillo in 1970 from California. He served in the Navy during Vietnam. He worked for the United States Postal Service for more than 20 years. Mr. Carnahan married Mary Kemp in 1971 at Amarillo. He loved fishing and camping and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. Survivors include his wife of the home, 1 daughter; Kendall Carnahan of the home, his mother; Theda Carnahan of Big Spring, 1 sister; Christy Anne Vincent of Virginia, and 3 brothers; Patrick Lee Carnahan of Big Spring, Jay F. Carnahan of Dallas and Gil Carnahan of Amarillo. The family requests memorial donations to Thomas E.
