Kent Raymond Stalker

Kent Raymond Stalker 61 of Amarillo passed away this weekend. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday December 12, 2007 at 3:00 PM in Llano Cemetery with Monsignor Joseph Tash of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home 2800 South Osage St., Amarillo TX. Kent was born and raised on the farm in Seward Kansas. As a youngster, he attended St. Xavier Catholic School in Seward. He had been an alter server there and also in the church choir. He graduated from Radium High School in Radium Kansas in 1964. He lived in Wichita Kansas until 1980 when he moved to Amarillo. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed drag racing. He had been the owner of Airport Taxi Service for the past 8 years. He was a member of St. Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church. Survivors include: his mother, Lois Stalker of Amarillo; a brother, Robert Stalker Sr. and his wife Susie of Amarillo; a niece Annette Stout and her husband Rodney of Lake Ozark Missouri; a niece Donna Stalker of Amarillo; a nephew, Robert Stalker, Jr. of Amarillo; a niece Lisa Joyce of Phoenix, Arizona; and a nephew Jeremy Stalker of Amarillo; and great nieces and nephews, Amber Stout and Jessie Stout both of Lake Ozark Missouri; Christopher Joyce and Stephanie Joyce both of Phoenix Arizona and Joseph Stalker of Amarillo.
