Kirsten Nichole Preece, 28, of Amarillo, died December 23, 2021 Funeral Service is 2:00 pm Thursday at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel officiated by uncle Roy Applegate. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage. The family will receive guests 6-8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home for visitation. Kirsten was born on November 12, 1993, in Amarillo. She was a stay-at-home Mom. Kirstens Love language was time. She loved spending time with the love of her life Luis, her daughter, brothers, family, and friends, she considered family. She was a music lover! She loved everyone and everyone loved her. Kirsten was preceded in death by her grandfather, James Golden, one brother, Stephen Applegate. She is survived by her soulmate, Luis Cruz, her daughter, Savannah Cruz, her parents, Kimberly and Ross Brooks, her father, Phillip Preece and his wife Melissa, her stepfather, Michael Casey of Coleman Tx., her mother-in-law, Teresa Escamilla, grandparents; Jo Lynn Golden of Amarillo, Dale and Carolyn Brooks of Groom Tx., Brothers; Brandon Casey, Christopher Preece, Elias Preece, Virgil Smith, William Smith, Jimmie Smith all of Amarillo, and many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
