Leslee Dean 'Les' Adams

Leslee Dean "Les" Adams 55 of Amarillo died Sunday, Oct. 25, 2020 in Amarillo. Graveside services will be at 2pm Thursday at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Les was born on March 13, 1965 in Denver, CO to Robert Dean and Myrna Mae (Roth) Adams. They moved to Friona in 1983. Les graduated from Friona High School in 1984. He worked in construction and helped build many extravagant buildings all over Texas. He worked on the AT&T Stadium in Arlington. He was very skilled in construction and carpentry. He was a "Jack of All Trades". Les had a very funny and witty personality. He was always telling jokes and pulling pranks to make people laugh, He is survived by his mother, Myrna Adams of Texico, NM; his son Ethan Adams of Buchannan Lake; his sister, Beverly Bentley of Texico, NM; two brothers, Donnie Adams and his wife Cindy of Amarillo and Timothy Adams and his wife Michelle of Wheeler; four nieces, Devenie, Danielle, Ashley and Haley; 6 nephews, Chad, Greg, Bobby, Preston, Nate and Nicholas. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 3611 Soncy Rd., Amarillo, Texas 79119.
