Linda Sue Cassell

Funeral service will be held Monday April 17, 2006 at 1:00 PM in Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel with Dr. Dana Moore, of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church officiating. Graveside service will be at 4:00 PM in Lockney Cemetery, in Lockney Texas. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 South Osage Amarillo, Texas 79103. Linda was a long time supporter of International Order Of The Rainbow For Girls, a member of the Order Of The Eastern Star #787 and a member of the Palo Duro High School Alumni Club. She was a member of Buchanan Street United Methodist Church. Linda was the cafeteria manager at Palo Duro High School during the 1970's and 1980's, and was ""Nana"" to her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Reva McNeill. Survivors include two daughters; Becky Burrier and her husband Chris, of Amarillo; and Cindy Venable and her husband Kelly, of Amarillo; a son, David Cassell and his wife Tammy, of Yellville, Arkansas; four granddaughters, Lisa, Sara, and Kyla Venable, and Addison Burrier, all of Amarillo; a grandson, Zachary Burrier of Amarillo; and a sister, Melba King and her husband, Wayne, of Gifford, Illinois.
