Linda Davis

Linda Davis 59, formerly of Pampa died Monday September 10, 2012 in Amarillo Services will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel with Gary and Jana Snider, brother and sister in law and pastors of Friends and Family Worship Center officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Ms. Davis was born in Perryton. She lived many years in Pampa before moving to Amarillo in 2006. Ms. Davis was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 30 years ago. During her battle with such a debilitating disease, Linda never complained. She always did her best to take care of her family. She was an inspiration to her family and all who knew her. Ms. Davis is survived by her son Jeff Davis and his wife Kim of Canyon; her daughter, Ginger Alexander of Amarillo; 5 brothers, Charlie Snider and Gary Snider of Amarillo, Tom Snider and Jewel Snider of Pampa and Jim Snider of Dayton; 1 sister, Betty Tuck; her step-father L.W. ""Stoney"" Downey of Pampa; 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. The family suggests memorial donations to the Amarillo Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 6222 Canyon Drive Amarillo, TX 79109.
