Lynda Qualls Harrison

Lynda Qualls Harrison 77, of Amarillo, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday, February 17th 2016. Graveside services will be at 2:00pm Saturday at Dreamland Cemetery in Canyon with Jerry Smith officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 South Osage Street. Mrs. Harrison was born in Shamrock. She lived in Amarillo most of her life. She worked in accounting for many years. She married Bill Harrison in 1956 in Kingman Arizona. He preceded her in death in 1994. Lynda was a member of Bolton Street Baptist Church, the Beta Sigma Phi sorority, the Daughters of the Nile, and the Order of the Eastern Star. Preceded in death by her parents, and a sister Betty Hart Survivors include two sons, Greg Harrison and his wife Robbie and Dean Harrison and his wife Jeanne all of Amarillo; one daughter Deb Farner and her husband Randy of Amarillo; seven grandchildren, Kali Harrison and her husband Cody, Chase Harrison, Holly Gillispie and her husband Kevin, Kyle Harrison and wife Joni, Marissa Harrison and husband Logan, Brenda Anglin and husband Kris, and Duane Farner, and seven Great Grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the Khiva Shriners Travel Fund at 305 SE Fifth Avenue, Amarillo Texas 79101. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 7:30pm Friday at the funeral home.
