Lyndal Shelton

Lyndal Shelton, 49 of Amarillo died Monday Nov. 12, 2007 at Amarillo. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Thursday at South Georgia Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Field, Retired Baptist minister and Rev. Bob Miller, pastor officiating. Interment will be at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home 2800 S. Osage St. Amarillo, Texas. Mr. Shelton was born in Hereford and moved to Amarillo in 1959. He graduated from Caprock High School in 1976. He worked at Kelly Tire Co. for many years. He was a member of Bolton St. Baptist Church. Survivors include: 1 daughter, Serena Texas Shelton of the home; his parents, Floyd and Jaquita Shelton of Amarillo; 1 sister, Gina Errington of Amarillo; 3 nieces, Amy Morris, Lisa Shelton, and Nicole all of Amarillo; and 1 nephew, Dylan Morris of Amarillo.
