Mallory Bernice Owen

Mallory Bernice Owen, 28, of Amarillo passed away peacefully on Friday February 6, 2015. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 am in St. Marys Cathedral on Thursday. Burial will be at Llano Cemetery with Carl Belisch celebrant officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel 2800 S. Osage St. Mallory was born on June 28, 1986 in Fort Worth. She lived in Fort Worth until 2012. She graduated from Birdville High School. Mallory moved to Amarillo in 2012 where she worked as a pharmacy technician at Walgreens. Mallory was always very loving and caring she lived her life with grace. She had so many special friends. She is preceded in death by: her grandfathers, Frank Owen and Paul Belisch, aunt Suzan Belisch Clary, and great grandparents. Survivors include: her mother Deborah Hansford of Amarillo, father Jeff Owen and Stepmother Misty Owen of Weatherford. two brothers; Heath Owen of Fort Worth and Justin Lowery of Amarillo, two sisters Kaylee and Rosen Owen of Weatherford, grandmothers Gloria Belisch and Carol Owen of Fort Worth, and aunts and uncles, a nephew Aiden Lowery of Fort Worth and Niece Genavieve Lowery of Amarillo. Rosary will be at 5:30 PM Wednesday at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel. in lieu of flowers the family requests memorials go to the: Epilepsy Foundation of Amarillo and the Amarillo Humane Society.
