Mamie Brogdon Cunningham

Graveside services will be at 3:30 PM Saturday at Citizens Cemetery in Clarendon with Wayne Pulliam, retired Baptist Minister officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 South Osage. Mrs. Cunningham was born in Montague County, TX. She was raised in the Forestburg area. She married Joseph Albert Brogdon in 1925 in Montague County. They moved to Lelia Lake in 1942 and to Amarillo in 1950. She was preceded in death by her husband,and 3 children; Ima Joe Ferguson, Ray Brogdon and Merle Brogdon and a grandson; Chuck Brogdon. Survivors include a daughter; Betty Sue Beach of Wichita Falls, 2 sons; Darrel Brogdon of Amarillo and Coy Lee Brogdon of Whitewright, TX, a nephew; Jack Anderson of Amarillo, 17 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and 21 great-great-grandchildren.
