Manuel C. Villarreal

Manuel C. Villarreal 82, of Amarillo died Monday, December 21, 2020 in Amarillo. Services will be at 2 pm Monday, Dec. 28, 2020 at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel with Jesse Salazar officiating. Burial will be at Llano Cemetery. Mr. Villarreal was born on June 6, 1938 in Del Rio. He served in the Army during the Korean War. He moved to Amarillo in 1973 from Pecos. Mr. Villarreal worked as a material handler at Pantex for 31 years. He retired in 2004. He was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys. He also enjoyed traveling and working in his yard. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He adored his family. He married Corina Garza on Feb. 20, 1966 in Ozona.
