Margaret Ann Powledge-Hall

Margaret Ann Powledge-Hall 64 of Amarillo died Monday July 11, 2011 in Amarillo. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 AM Thursday at Trinity United Methodist Church with Dr. Doug Mills, pastor officiating. Graveside services will be at 3:00 PM Thursday at Zybach Cemetery in Allison with Matt Carter officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 S. Osage St. Mrs. Hall was born on Shamrock. She worked in food service at the Pampa ISD for many years. After leaving the Pampa ISD, she worked in food service at the Gray County Correctional Facility. She moved to Amarillo in 2003. After moving to Amarillo, Mrs. Hall worked for Child Protective Services in Canyon as a receptionist. Mrs. Hall was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She enjoyed helping with Vacation Bible School. She also volunteered at the Amarillo Senior Citizens Assoc. Mrs. Hall loved watching her grandchildren play sport and was an excellent cook. She is survived by a daughter, Kathy Hunt and her husband Henry of Canyon; a son, Kyle Hall and his wife Mandy of Amarillo; 6 grandchildren, Hagen Hunt, Jordan Hunt, Tyler Hunt, Zak Hunt, Jacob Hall and Braxton Hall; 1 brother, Leonard Powledge, Jr. and his wife Teresa of Briscoe and two special friends Peggy Newman and Robert Vance both of Amarillo. The family requests memorial donations to the Olivia's Angels in care of BSA Hospice.
