Marion June Flowers

Marion June Flowers, 77, of Amarillo died Tuesday June 26, 2007 in Amarillo. Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM Friday June 29, 2007 at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel with Dr. Dana Moore, of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, Osage Chapel, 2800 South Osage St., Amarillo TX. Interment will be in Llano East Cemetery. Mrs. Flowers was born July 4, 1929 in Windsor Ontario, Canada to Albert and Marion Ringrose. She worked as a secretary with the MS Foundation and the Kidney Foundation, TSTI-Aviation Welding and the Clements Unit. She retired as a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband of 24 years, Donny Lee Flowers, on July 11, 1996. She was a member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church. Survivors include three sons, Randy Flowers and wife Donna; Danny Flowers and wife Annette; and Tim Flowers and wife Rhonda all of Amarillo; seven grandchildren, Crystal Flowers, Jim Nguyen, Brooke Flowers, Michael Flowers, Olivia Flowers Preston Flowers all of Amarillo and Dustin Flowers of Oklahoma City OK, and four great-grandchildren.
