Mark A. Reed 48, of Amarillo died Wednesday, October 30, 2013 in Amarillo. Private Services were held Saturday, November 2, 2013. Cremation was by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 S. Osage St. Amarillo, Texas. Mark was born in Amarillo. He married Cindy Shawver on February 5, 1989 in Amarillo. He was preceded in death by a son, Christopher reed on March 10, 1992. He was preceded in death by his father, Benjamin William Reed. He is survived by his wife; 1 son, John Shawver of Phoenix, AZ; 3 daughters, Sonia Reed of Watonga, OK, Shawna Red of Black Canyon City, AZ and Arianna Salazar of Childress; 1 brother, Mike Reed of Amarillo; 3 sisters, Nychie Anderson, Sheryl Lee and Rachel Green all of Amarillo; his mother, Sherry Jean Tackett of Amarillo and 2 grandchildren.
