Mary Lou Langston Blankinship Bledsoe, 68, of Amarillo died Friday September 18, 2015 in Amarillo Memorial Services will be at 2:00 pm Thursday in Rector Funeral Home with Gil Hiltbrunner of Shiloh Fellowship officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home 2800 S. Osage St. Mary Lou was born on May 13, 1947 in Amarillo to James H. and Mary Louise Langston she lived and worked in Amarillo all her life. Mary Lou was a true Texan at Heart. Her family was her pride and joy. The love for her children and grandchildren was unmeasurable. Mary Lou had a love for all kinds of music and had a song for everyone she knew. She also enjoyed Butterflies, Bunnies, and Balloons. She is preceded in death by; her parents, two brothers James H. Langston Jr., and Wayne Mitchell. She is survived by three sons; Dwayne and his wife Sandra, Darrell and his wife Mickie, and Doug and his wife Stephanie, step son; Buster Bledsoe, and step daughter; Lindsey Sullivan, a sister in law; Dawn Mitchell, a brother; Richard Meyers, three half-sisters; Roberta, Rebecca, and Linda, and two half-brothers Pat, and Willie, and the sparkle of her eye all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
