Mary Lou Saliva 75, of Amarillo died Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2020 in Amarillo. Rosary will be recited Sunday, Dec. 20, 2020 at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel with Deacon John Renteria. Mass of the Christian Burial will be at 2pm Monday, Dec. 21, 2020 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Burial will be at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Mary was born on June 5, 1945 in Tahoka. She moved to Amarillo in 1980 from Brownwood. She was a dedicated member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. She was a prayer warrior and was always praying for others before herself. She was one of a kind and a blessing to everyone she met. Mary enjoyed spending time with her family. She was an excellent cook and loved caring for her family. She is survived by her husband Alejandro S. Saliva; six sons, Raymond Murillo and his wife Griselda, Alejandro S. Saliva, Jr. and his wife Elizabeth, Enrique Saliva and his wife Ashley, Javier Saliva and his wife Tiffany, Juan Manuel Saliva and Andrew I. Saliva; three daughters, Maria Murillo and her husband Julio, Graciela Martinez and her husband Jose and Rachel Saliva and her husband Julio; two brothers, Felipe Ochoa and Francisco Ochoa; four sisters, Sylvia Alonzo, Dominga Ochoa, Guadalupe Garcia and Dolores Medina; 23 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
