Mary Sue Whitlow

Mary Sue Whitlow, 54 of Amarillo died Monday January28, 2008 at Odyssey Hospice. Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM Friday at Amarillo South Church. Cremation and arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel 2800 S. Osage St. Mary Sue was born in Chickasha, OK. She grew up in Childress and moved to Amarillo in the mid 1970's. She worked for the Coca Cola Bottling Company in Amarillo for several years. She was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1986 at which time she became a homemaker. Mary Sue was a fighter during her long battle with MS. She was a very loving mother and friend and always kept her sense of humor. She married Charley Whitlow on April 22, 1978 at Amarillo. Survivors include: her daughter Chelsey Whitlow of Amarillo, 1 sister Charise Nesbitt of Amarillo her brother, Gary Hargrove of El Paso and her former husband Charley Whitlow of Amarillo. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM 8:00 PM Thursday at 1618 S. Hughes.
