Melody Ann Balay-Davis 48, of Pampa died Saturday September 7, 2013 in Dumas. Memorial services will be at 1:30 pm Tuesday September 17, 2013 in Trinity Fellowship Church in Pampa, Texas. Cremation and arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Melody was born on July 18, 1965 in Pampa. She attended Pampa High School. She was a loving mother, sister and friend. She had a beautiful voice and enjoyed singing in church. Melody was attending Clarendon College to obtain a business administration degree. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to doctors, nurses and staff of Great Plains Nursing and Rehab of Dumas for loving care they provided to Melody. Melody is survived by two daughters, Megan Campbell and her husband Paul of Charlotte, NC and Amber Davis of Pampa; two sons, Ryan and Joshua Davis both of Pampa; her grandson, Zane Campbell of Charlotte, NC; her mother, Evelyn Balay of Amarillo; 4 brothers, 3 sisters and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
