Misty Dawn Sandoval

Misty Dawn Sandoval, 43, of Amarillo, passed away Sunday July 16, 2023. Funeral service is 11:00 am Thursday at Rector Funeral Home. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage. Misty was born in Amarillo on April 3, 1980, to Mike Sandoval and Christena Hernandez. Misty was funny, kind, crazy but had a big heart. She would help anyone in need. Miss Sandoval was very caring. She loved to party and spend time with friends and family. She didnt care what others thought and walked her own path. She was also very passionate about her lord and savior. Misty was preceded in death by her dad, Mike Sandoval, many uncles, One niece, Neveah Hernandez, and one nephew, Christopher Hernandez. She is survived by her mother, Christena Hernandez and step dad, Jay Alonzo Sr. her three daughters, Sylena, Alexis, and Haza, Two sons, Lolo and Roman, two sisters, Michelle and Krystal Hernandez, two stepbrothers; Jay Alonzo Jr. and Jose Alonzo, two aunts; Suzann Garza, and Terri Burnett, and her grandmother, Virginia Mendez.
