Nancy Jean Tomlin

Nancy Jean Tomlin 67, formerly of Amarillo died Sunday, Nov. 21, 2021 in Clarendon. Memorial services will be at 2 pm Friday, Nov. 26, 2021 at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel with John Abbott of Diversity Church officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 S. Osage St. Nancy was born in Cheyenne, OK. on Dec. 27, 1953 to Billy and Lois (Moore) Wright. She attended Caprock High School. She worked as a sliver at Owens Corning for several years. Nancy was always smiling and enjoyed spending time with her family. She also enjoyed visiting casinos. Nancy loved making candy during the holidays and was a "Granny" to everyone. She married Robert Tomlin in 1972. He preceded her in death in 2016. She was also preceded in death by her parents. Nancy is survived by two daughters; Tonja Allen and her husband Brian of Clarendon and Tianna Farrar and her husband Chad of Bushland; four grandchildren, Toby Farrar and his wife Cirstin, Brina Devenney and her husband Caleb, Oakley Farrar and Regan Allen and her companion, Christian Loper; two sisters, Betty Jarvis and Susan Bailey; two brothers, Robert Wright and Terry Wright; six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Wednesday at 19700 Wind River and request memorial donations to Kindred Hospice.
