Neysa Rhea Burk

Neysa Rhea Burk (52) of Amarillo died Sunday March 17, 2019. Service will be 2pm Saturday March 23, 2019 at Cornerstone Church 505 S.Tennessee. Cremation was by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St., Amarillo, TX. Neysa was born October 18, 1966 to Wayne and Doris Kemp. Neysa married the love of her life Robert Burk on January 11, 2014. She was a very caring individual who never met a stranger and was known by even those she had never met. She was more likely to have someone forget her husbands name, even if they met him first. She was the kind of person that made a difference and a very touching person, she was the type of person who would open her house for anyone in need. She volunteered for many different charities such as; "Guyon Saunders Resource center", breast cancer awareness, and many other fundraisers. She was a creative person as well, always thinking out side of the box. When Neysa finally took time for herself she enjoyed reading western love novels in the bathtub, she loved to learn new things and was always improving herself every chance she got. She was a faithful and devoted Christian. Neysa is preceded in death by her mother, Doris Kemp Neysa is survived by; her husband, Robert Burk, her father, Wayne Kemp , son, Brandon Trujillo, son, Coby Spurrier, daughter, Taryn Clark, daughter Rylee Spurrier, stepson, Chris Burk, stepson, Matt Burk, stepson, Brad Burk, stepson, Ryan Burk, sister, Janet Meeks, Sister, Norma Sides, and 13 grandchildren A celebration of Neysas Life will be held Saturday March 23, 2019 at Western Cowpunchers Association at 4PM 10401 North 287 Amarillo.
