Norma Jean Wright

Norma Jean Wright 82, of Stillwater, OK, died Wednesday December 24, 2014 in Amarillo. Private family services will be at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel. Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM Monday, December 29, 2014 at Fairlawn Cemetery in Stillwater, OK. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St., Amarillo, Texas. Mrs. Wright was born in Stillwater where she lived off and on most of her life. She owned a beauty college in Odessa for a few years. After returning to Stillwater, Norma became a loved home health care provider to the elderly. She was well respected by the families she served. In her spare time, Norma enjoyed working in her yard and gardening. She was preceded in death by her first husband Paul McGowan and by her second husband Alan Wright. The family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of IntegraCare for the wonderful care they extended to Norma. She is survived by her daughter, Memorie Williams and her husband Ronnie of Amarillo; 1 sister, Dorothy Kirkpatrick of Stillwater; 2 brothers, Duane Easter of Portland, Ore., and Bill Easter of California; 2 grandchildren, Kati Alley of Canyon and Tanner Williams of Amarillo and 2 great-grandchildren.
