Phillip Devin Perry

Phillip Devin Perry 30, of Amarillo died Wednesday, August 24, 2016 in Amarillo. Services will be at 2:00 PM Monday at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel. Burial will be at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Phillip was born in Amarillo on November 21, 1985. He graduated from Caprock High School in 2004. He worked as an electrician and was a member of the IBEW Local #602. Phillip was a very fun-loving person. He loved spreading happiness to everyone around him. He was always helpful and generous, giving to those less fortunate than himself. He enjoyed playing cards and was very big-hearted. He is survived by his mother, Pamela Gardner of Amarillo; his father, David Perry of Gulfport, MS; one brother Christopher Lee Pickens and his wife Nicole; a special nephew, Austin Pickens as well as other extended family.
