Phyllis Ann Russell-Fuller

Phyllis Ann Russell-Fuller 77, of Amarillo died Tuesday, November 1, 2016 in Amarillo. Services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel with Mike Kuhlman officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Phyllis was born on May 4, 1939 in Mountain View, Okla., to Chester Arthur and Jessie Alberta Russell. She lived in Amarillo most of her life. Phyllis worked in food service at the Amarillo independent School District for several years until she decided to become a stay at home mom and an exemplary care-giver to her grandchildren. Phyllis was a very caring and giving friend. She found good qualities in everyone she met. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Luther W. Wagoner, one son, Marvin Wagoner, three brothers, Loyel, Kenneth and Odell Russell and a sister, Patsy Pierson. Phyllis is survived by two sons, Brian Wagoner and his wife Dlesa and Gary Fuller all of Amarillo; two daughters, Patricia Byington and her companion Johnny Hernandez and Terri Monk and her husband Tommy all of Amarillo; one brother, Bobby Russell of Chickasha, OK; 8 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and one great-granddaughter on the way. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 7:30 PM Friday at the funeral home.
