Funeral Services for Randall Mark Garrett will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday at Living Way Fellowship, 2500 S. Eastern with Teddy Alward officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Randall was born November 15, 1962 to William and Roxie Garrett in Lubbock.. As a devoted husband, father and son, Randall cared will all his heart and soul. Often he reminded us, Life is but a vapor. The impact he leaves with us is heart felt and will endure always. SURVIVORS: His wife Kathy; a daughter, Amy Garrett; a son, Christopher; his father Bill Garrett; a brother Ross Wayne Garrett; three granddaughters Haylee, Gracie and Alexis Garrett and a grandson, Zander Peterson
