Rebecca 'Becky' Mclaurin

Rebecca Becky McLaurin 58, of Lubbock died Monday, April 2, 2015 in Lubbock. Memorial services will be at 2:00 pm Friday at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Becky was born Sept. 28, 1956 in Albuquerque, NM. She lived in Petersburg for many years before moving to Lubbock in 2014. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist church. Becky had a great sense of humor. She enjoyed talking and making people laugh. Beck adored her grandchildren. She was a loving and giving person. She was always helping those less fortunate than herself. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Rex McLaurin in 2014. Survivors include two sons, Benjamin Shane Farmer of Lake Havasu, Ariz., and William Patrick McLaurin of Amarillo; three sisters, Linda Cline of Arcadia, Calif., Rachel Ryan of Fargo, ND, and Gina Garrett of El Sobrante, Calif.; one brother Pat McMahon of Freemont, Calif.; 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
