Refugia 'Nana' Salas Morin

Refugia "Nana" Salas Morin 87, of Amarillo died Monday, June 4, 2018 in Amarillo. Rosary will be said at 6:00 PM Thursday at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel. Mass of the Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM Friday at St Laurence Catholic Church. Interment will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Mrs. Morin was born on July 7, 1930 in Runge. She lived in Amarillo most of her life. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed sewing and cooking for her family. She adored her grandchildren and was dearly loved by all of her family. Mrs. Morin was preceded in death by her husband, Lazaro in 2009 and a daughter Maria Spangler in 2010. She is survived by her daughter, Rebecca McClure and her husband, Billy Joe of Amarillo;two brothers, Manuel Salas of Michigan and Michael Salas of Littlefield; 12 grandchildren, Nathan, Leandra, Eric, Kasandra, Bryanna, Bailey, Aliyah, Braeden, Carrington, Andrew, Nyke and Dusty and five great-grandchildren.
