Richard Earl Coles

Richard E. Coles, 87, of Amarillo died on Thursday, October 12, 2006 in Pueblo, Colorado. Graveside Services will be held on Monday, October 16, 2006 at 10:00 AM in the East Mausoleum of Memorial Park Cemetery with Reverend Robert Field, retired Baptist Minister, officiating. Military rites by DAV Chapter 26. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, Osage Chapel, 2800 South Osage, Amarillo TX 79103. Mr. Coles was a veteran of the Korean War. He was preceded in death by a son, Lee Coles; a brother, Sam Coles and one sister, Betty Shaw. He is survived by his wife Nancy of the home; three daughters, Patty Crich of Boone, CO; Linda Moore and Nora Snodgrass, both of Columbus Ohio; two sons, Donald Coles of Plano TX and Roger Coles of Amarillo; a brother Dan Coles of Atlanta Georgia and a sister Shirley Coles of Charleston West Virginia; sixteen grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren The family will be at 4015 SE Loop 335. Memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity.
