Ricky Dee Moore

Ricky Dee Moore 57 formerly of Amarillo died Tuesday September 4, 2007 at Hale Center. Memorial Services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel with Bob Thomas, chaplain of Odyssey Hospice officiating. Cremation and arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage. Mr. Moore was born in Dalhart. He moved to Amarillo more than 30 years ago from Dalhart. He worked as an auto mechanic for many years and owned and operated Grand Street Automotive until 2000. Mr. Moore was a fun loving and free spirited person. He loved his family and was a friend to everyone he met. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son; Arnus Moore and 2 brothers; James and Donnie Moore. Survivors include: 2 sons; Clint Moore and his wife Jessica and Ty Birchfield and his wife Kathy all of Amarillo, 1 daughter; Heather Stewart of Amarillo, his former wife Carol Moore of Amarillo, 3 brothers; Dickie Moore, Ronnie Moore and Jeff Moore all of Dalhart, 3 sisters, Jeannie White of Moriarty, NM, Zerelda Biffle of Logan, NM and Juanita Woods of Corpus Christi, 12 grandchildren and Many nieces and nephews. The family requests memorial donation, in lieu of flowers to Legend of the Plains Nursing home, 202 W. 3rd St. Hale Center, Texas 79041
