Robert Leslie Carter 67, of Amarillo died Monday, June 6, 2016 in Amarillo. Services will be at 10:00 am Thursday at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel with Gil Hiltbrunner pastor of Shiloh Fellowship Church officiating. Graveside services will be at 1:00 pm MDT at Quay Cemetery in Quay, NM. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Bobby was born in Tucumcari, NM on September 17, 1948 to Leslie and Doris Carter. He worked in law enforcement for many years. He is survived by one son; Robert Wayne Carter of Amarillo; one daughter, Angela Renea Rossa of Amarillo; one sister, Linda Taylor of Amarillo; 10 Grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
