Robert Marshall

Robert ""Lil Bob"" Marshall, 59, of Amarillo, passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2007 in Amarillo. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 9, 2007 at 1:00 PM in Rector Funeral Home, Osage Chapel, with Dr. Roy B. Marshall, Sr. of Fountain of Life Outreach Center in Kansas City, Missouri, officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, Osage Chapel, 2800 South Osage St. Robert enjoyed fishing and barbequing. He enjoyed helping others and was known as ""Papa"" to his grandchildren and their friends. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and truly enjoyed his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Dianne Marshall of the home; two daughters, Angela Marshall and her husband James; and Destiny Dianne Marshall, both of Amarillo; seven sons, Robert J. Marshall, Jr.; Darryl Marshall; Corey Marshall; Artayvia McDonald; Christopher Marshall; all of Amarillo; Tony Marshall and Michael Marshall, both of Denver, CO; four sisters; Roberta Brown of Kansas City, Missouri; Alberta Gipson of Kansas City, Missouri; Emma Richards of Chicago; and Celestine Shannon of Sikeston, Missouri; three brothers; Roy Marshall, Turner Marshall and his wife Mary, all of Kansas City Missouri and Eddie Marshall and his wife Rose, of Benton Harbor Michigan; a special friend, Elmer Smith of Amarillo; fourteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
