Roger Dale Johnson

Roger Dale Johnson, 73 of Amarillo Died March 6, 2017 Born in Memphis, Texas on June 7, 1944. He grew up at Boys Ranch with his brother Bruce N Johnson. Roger retired from Werner Enterprises as a truck driver in 2006. He loved playing bingo with his many friends. He also served as a crossing guard for the City of Amarillo for five years before his passing. He was proceeded in death by his mother, Lottie Wheeler; His is Father, Bruce Johnson; His brother, Jimmy Johnson; His sisters, Lorraine Durham, Cloris Lamberson, Judith Ann Evans and twin sister Sadie Johnson. He is survived by his wife of 26 yrs. Frances Johnson; two sons, Roger Dale Johnson Jr, Chris Johnson and Daughter Barbara Johnson; three stepchildren, Brian D McGee, Debra Edwards, and Dixie G Fugit; Many Grand & Great-grandchildren.
