Ronald Bristow

Ronald Bristow 58, of Amarillo, passed away on Thursday December 31, 2009 in Amarillo due to a lengthy illness. A celebration of his life will be held at 10:00 am Monday, February 1 in the Rector Funeral Home Chapel with Richard Higley, retired Baptist minister, officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Ronald was born on November 16, 1951 in Hanna, WY to Walter and Daisy Bristow. He moved to Amarillo in 1965, and worked for Time Chemical for several years. He later worked for American Trailer as well. Ronald had a very kind heart, and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He is preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Jesse Charles Bristow. Survivors include 6 brothers, Jimmy Bristow of Amarillo, Tommy Bristow of Wilburton, OK, Donald Bristow of Amarillo, Kevin Bristow and Myron Loman both of Chickasha, OK, and Carl Black; 3 sisters, Gail Evan of Chickasha, OK, Cheryl Turner of Cement, OK, and Angie Bunch of Minco, Ok; and several nieces and nephews.
