Ronald Everitt Mager, 85 of Amarillo died Saturday August 9, 2014 in Amarillo. Cremation was by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Amarillo, Texas. Ronald was born on May 17, 1929 in Redfield, SD to Adolph and Rose Mager. He later moved to Texas and worked for the State Highway Department. He married Vivian Green Holmes on May 14, 1968. Ronald loved the outdoors where he could enjoy the fresh air. He had five sons, a daughter, and two grandchildren.
