Ronnie Lee Williams, 61 of Amarillo died Friday April 28, 2006 at Amarillo. Services will be at 10:00 am Tuesday at Rector Funeral Home Chapel with Brad Small, pastor of Amarillo South Church officiating. Interment will be at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 South Osage. Mr. Williams was born the youngest of seven children, September 10, 1944 in Estelline to Leffel (Joe) and Pauline Williams. He moved to Amarillo in 1955. He worked for Yellow Freight as a transporter. Mr. Williams was a very loving father and grandfather. He enjoyed bowling and playing computer games with his grandchildren. He was a member of the Teamsters Union and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Norma Oliver. Survivors include 3 sons; Ronald Williams, Derek Williams and Richard Williams and his wife Amber all of Amarillo, 1 daughter; Natalie Davis and her husband Shelby of Amarillo, 4 brothers; Henry Thomas Williams and wife Barbel of Garland, Donnie Williams and wife Peggy of Broken Arrow, OK, Carl Williams and wife Dimitra and Charles Williams and wife Gwen all of Amarillo, 1 sister; Wanda Briscoe and her husband Ted of Amarillo, his brother in law, Roy Oliver of Dallas, 8 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and other family members who loved him very much. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM Monday at the funeral home or at #5 Country Club Dr. (Tascosa Country Club).
