Rosetta Carolina Doran, 77, of Amarillo died on Wednesday August 16, 2006 in Amarillo. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2006 at 11:00 AM in Victory Church with Pastor David Brown of Victory Church officiating. Interment will take place in Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 South Osage, Amarillo TX 79103. Rosetta Carolina Doran was a founding member of Victory Church; she was called the ""grandmother"" of the church. She was a member of the Love Team, an usher; she was involved with home ministries, and held the Singles Group meetings in her home. She remained very active with her church. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her church family. She was a dedicated nurse and was a loving and caring person. She is survived by three daughters, Julie Melinda Murphy of Ardmore Oklahoma; Cathy Murphy and her husband Robert of Amarillo and Virginia Flanigan and her husband Wayne of Bronson TX; four sons, Gerald Doran and his wife Kay of Amarillo; Roy Doran of Amarillo; Johnny Doran and his wife Donna of Amarillo; and Densel Doran and his wife Claytia of Shelton TX; three brothers, Robert Walter Bull and his wife Virginia of Sunset TX; Wesley Sherman Bull and his wife Joyce of Amarillo; and Leroy Bull and his wife Peggy of Amarillo; thirteen grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren.
