Ruby L Anderson

Ruby L. Anderson 85, of Amarillo died Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2019 in Amarillo. Services will be at 11 am Friday, Jan. 18, 2019 at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel. Interment will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 S. Osage St. Ruby was born on Aug. 20, 1933 between Sayre and Elk City, OK to Richard and Naomi Reed. She moved to Amarillo in the early 1960's from Shamrock. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with all of her family. Ruby enjoyed crocheting and making dolls. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jackie Sue Ledbetter in 2011. She is survived by her husband, Steve; two sons, Jim Ledbetter and his wife Linda of Dumas and Jerry Ledbetter and his wife Valda of Amarillo; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a host of extended family.
