Sharon Rose Brisbin

Sharon Rose Brisbin, 88, of Amarillo passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2022. Graveside service is 1:00 pm Friday, December 16, at Llano Cemetery officiated by Deacon Blake Westlake of St Thomas the Apostle Catholic Parish. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage. Sharon was born on October 4, 1934, in Seattle, WA. Her Family relocated to Burbank shortly after birth. She married the love of her life Harold in 1957. They moved to Amarillo after marriage. Sharon was funny, quick-witted, and had a fun sense of humor. Sharon enjoyed painting, knitting, and needle-pointing. She loved plants and enjoyed shopping. She was a people person and never met a stranger. If Sharon passed someone in a wheelchair, she was compelled to visit with them. She had a way to make everyone feel special and included. Sharon was a faithful member of St. Thomas and a lifelong member of the Catholic faith. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, her Husband of 40 years, Harold Brisbin, two sisters; Patricia and Bunny, and one brother, Joe. She is survived by her two daughters; Sandy Geottsche and Cindy holt and her husband Steve, two grandsons, Jake Geottsche and Sam Holt, and one granddaughter, Elizabeth Holt.
