Stephanie Kay Railsback Riggins

Stephanie Kay Railsback Riggins, 48, of Amarillo died Friday, July 22, 2022. The family will host a memorial service at a later date. Arrangements and cremation are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage. Stephanie was born in Vernon on June 20, 1974, to Barney and Debra Railsback. Stephanie was very kind-hearted and enjoyed doing for others. She didnt have a mean bone in her body. Stephanie always put her children first. She loved animals and enjoyed painting. Stephanie is Survived by her parents, her daughter, Ashley Honea, two sons; Triston Weaver and Ryan Riggins, four grandchildren, one Brother, Brian Railsback, and his wife Traci, and one sister, Nikki Scott and her husband Randy.
