Tanya Roxann Duran

Tanya Roxann Duran 25, of Amarillo died Thursday June 21, 2012 in Amarillo. Rosary will be said at 6:00 PM Monday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Mass of the Christian Burial will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with Msgr. Arturo Meza celebrant, officiating. Interment will be in Llano East Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Tanya was born in Amarillo on January 31, 1987 to Hector and Rosa Duran. She graduated from Caprock High School and the Milan Institute. She worked as a medical records associate. She moved to San Antonio in 2008 and returned to Amarillo in March. Tanya was a very loving mother, sister and daughter. She was always happy and willing to help everyone in any way she could. She will be remembered for her graciousness. Tanya was very outgoing and loved spending time with her children and family. She never declined an invitation to help anyone who needed her assistance. Tayna was the family ""princess"" and will be dearly missed. Tanya was preceded in death by her grandmother, Consuelo Duran, her grandfather, Lupe Manriquez and two uncles Luis Duran and Naty Manriquez. She is survived by 2 sons, Damian Soto and Zadian Guerra both of the home; her parents, Hector and Rosa Duran of Amarillo; 2 brothers, Edur Duran and Deion Duran both of Amarillo; her grand parents, Esteban Duran of Amarillo and Isabel Pavia-Manriquez of Chihuahua, MX and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
