Terry Walker

Terry ""T.O."" Walker 85 of Amarillo died Monday February 13, 2006 at the Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center. Services will be at 11:00 AM Thursday at Rector Funeral Home Coulter Chapel with Rev. John H. Elser, chaplain at the Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center officiating. Interment will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Coulter Chapel, 8310 South Coulter Amarillo. Mr. Walker was born in Wellington. He served in the Army during WWII, where he received a Purple Heart after being injured in St. Loe France. He married Cloetiell Pace 64 years ago at Hereford. Mr. Walker was a member of the First Baptist Church, the Masonic Lodge, the Second (Indian Head) Division Association, VFW Post #1475 and a life member of the DAV. Survivors include: his wife of the home, 1 daughter, Terry Diane Walker of Cheyenne, WY; 2 sons, Donald Walker and his wife Mary Beth of Lubbock and Dwain O. Walker and his wife Susan of Weatherford; 3 grandchildren, Becca, Christopher and Clay. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Wednesday at the funeral home.
