Tom Bremmer

Tom Bremmer 41 of Bushland died Tuesday March 11, 2008. Services will be at 11:00 AM Friday at The Church at Quail Creek with Jeff Ponder, pastor of First Baptist Church of Bushland officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel 2800 S. Osage St. Amarillo, Texas. Tom was born in Booker. He graduated from Booker High School in 1985. After high school, Tom entered the U.S. Navy where he served until 1989. He moved to Amarillo after being honorably discharged. Tom worked as a corrections officer for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Clements Unit from 1990 to 2001. He was currently employed at Pantex as a production technician. Tom married Alanna Smith on Feb. 16, 1991 at Amarillo. He attended Bushland Baptist Church. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Rebecca Bremmer and a brother, Tim Bremmer Survivors include: his wife Alanna, 1 son, Devyn Bremmer of the home; 1 daughter, Emily Bremmer of the home; 3 brothers, Joe Bremmer, Matt Bremmer and Dale Bremmer and 1 sister Ruth Sandifer. The family will receive friends from 6:00 7:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
