Tommy Crabtree

Tommy Crabtree, 59 of Amarillo died Saturday July 16, 2005 in Amarillo. Memorial Services will be at 10:00 AM Thursday at Oakdale Grace Fellowship Church 2700 S. Hill. Cremation and arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, Osage Chapel, 2800 South Osage, Amarillo, TX. Mr. Crabtree was born in Fairfax, OK to Coy and Celia Crabtree. He moved to Amarillo in 1950 from Borger. He graduated from Palo Duro High School in 1964 where he had been active in football and track. Mr. Crabtree worked as a conductor for Burlington Northern Santa Fe for 25 years, retiring on disability in 1991. He was a lifetime member of the United Transportation Union. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and 3 brothers. Survivors include a daughter; Savanna Crabtree, a son; Trent Perriman and a brother: Johnny Crabtree all of Amarillo.
